The photo of the women's shirt looked like a fitted women's tee. I ordered the large because women's tees often run very small. But it was huge, actually cut like a man's tee but just a little shorter. I called the company and a very helpful representative explained that they pin the shirts behind for the photos, which is why it looked fitted. She immediately sent me a return label for the large shirt, and shipped a size Small. The small arrived quickly and is a much better fit. Nice soft fabric, 100% cotton. If you want a fitted type of tee, definitely size down. For reference I am 135 lbs, usually wear a size 8/10, medium in most clothes.
