At GetShirtz, every order is custom printed just for you. We don't pull shirts off a warehouse shelf—we make them after you place your order. That means your gear is fresh, made to order, and worth the short wait.
Processing Time
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2 business days.
Need it faster? Select Express Fulfillment at checkout and we'll prioritize your order for printing and shipment.
During busy periods (such as Father's Day, Christmas, Black Friday, product launches, or major sales), processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we'll always work as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Typical delivery estimates are:
United States
Standard Shipping: 3–5 days
Priority Shipping: 2–4 days (where available)
Canada
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
International
Most destinations: 7–21 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Free US Shipping
We love rewarding larger orders.
Free Standard Shipping
Spend $69 USD or more (after discounts, before taxes) and you'll automatically receive FREE Standard US Shipping where available.
Free Priority Shipping
Spend $99 USD or more (after discounts, before taxes) and you'll automatically receive FREE Priority US Shipping where available.
If multiple shipping options are available at checkout, your free shipping option will be automatically available based on your order value.
Please note:
- Shipping promotions apply only to eligible destinations.
- The applicable shipping method will be displayed during checkout.
- If your order total falls below the qualifying threshold after discounts are applied, free shipping will no longer apply.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue shipping promotions at any time.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Items
Some orders may arrive in separate packages.
Because different products may be printed at different facilities, it's completely normal for items from the same order to arrive on different days.
Don't worry—if this happens, the remaining items are still on their way.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to update the address. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, we're unable to guarantee address changes.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.
If your tracking shows unusual delays, please contact us and we'll gladly help investigate.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking around your property
- Asking household members or neighbors
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
We'll do everything we reasonably can to help resolve the situation.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total.
