And if that doesn’t work (which it will, because Helenaya’s amazing), we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund. A: Our Elves work at lightning speed—though not quite 88 mph! Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days, and then it’s up to the USPS (who are also benefiting from a little Elf magic) to get it to your door.
