How do you handle returns?

For general returns and exchanges, including sizing, please email us with your order number and your request, then send your items to:
GetShirtz Returns, 1999 Randy Lowery Road, Statesboro, Ga 30461.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, email us with a picture of the fault and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. You can print and use this label to return the item free of charge.

For any return to be valid your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies etc.) are custom printed to order and are normally shipped within 5 business days. If you need your order faster, you can select the Express Fulfillment upgrade at checkout and your order will be printed and shipped within 2 business days.

Timeframes may increase slightly during peak times, such as Holiday shopping periods. Occasionally some items may take longer due to the journey they make from our suppliers.
